The Clinical Director is responsible for all dimensions of the clinical program at Montana Academy, providing support, training and consultation for all staff, students, and families. This individual serves as a member of Montana Academy’s Leadership Team and has a track record of skillful and thoughtful clinical practices as well as proven leadership and management of a clinical team. This role combines carrying a small caseload with the recruiting, hiring, training and supervision of the clinical department as well as providing training for direct care staff and academic faculty as needed. The Clinical Director responds to crisis situations and maintains a consistent presence on campus as well as collaborating with Clinical leadership at Montana Academy’s transition program, Sky House.
The Clinical Director at Montana Academy is a highly visible role and must be able to balance programmatic, clinical and administrative needs with the ability to collaborate and maintain relationships with referral sources, other industry professionals and may have the opportunity for occasional travel.
